Key City Theatre Box Office Information

The Key City Theatre Box Office is open from 9 - 4, Monday through Friday and one hour prior to show time.
Come in and purchase your tickets or call (250) 426-7006 to purchase tickets over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard.

All tickets for admission to any activity in the Key City Theatre will be supplied by the Theatre. The Licensee will not print tickets or arrange for the supply of tickets from other sources. Ticket printing will be added to the price of your rental.
All events must be sold through the Key City Theatre Box Office.
Setting up the ticketing for your event - It is wise to contact KCT at least 6 weeks prior to the date of your event to discuss what your ticketing requirements will be. The Key City Theatre’s computerised box office system is very effective and within minutes of entering ticket information, the tickets can be made available to the public. Tickets are available upon signing the contract and making deposit.
Ticket sales are tracked daily and we can provide you with updates as often as you wish.
Having one person from your group responsible for tickets is a good idea. Keeping track of sales helps you to maximise sales and not be left with unsold tickets before the event.
KCT box office will supply a box office clerk for all ticketed events to assist your volunteer in sale and pickup of tickets.
Please inform the KCT box office of any special arrangements or promotions you have planned for your event.
The Key City Theatre welcomes children old enough to enjoy performances and all guests must have a tickets.
All cash outs are by uncertified cheque and will be available for out-of-town touring groups the same evening as their event.
Box Office Ticketing Fees
A ticket agent service fee will be charged on each ticket printed. (except those purchased through the EyeGo Program for which no service fee will be charged)
Schedule of fees:
Non-Profit $1.75
All Others $2.50
This service charge includes CIF (Capital Improvement Fee) and Ticket Printing/Setup Charges.
*The Licencee is responsible for all credit card and debit card charges which arise from ticket sales.
