💃 Workshop Details:
1. Art of Freestyle with RedBone (60-75 min) starts at 1:00 PM
Master the art of freestyling and bring confidence to your movements! Learn how to trust your instincts, embrace dynamic performance elements, and let music and energy inspire your dance. This all-levels class blends lecture, Q&A, movement exercises, and freestyle exploration.
Bring: Notebook, dance heels, knee pads, water, and optional video camera.
2. The Honey Badger Technique: Slayage 101 with Jeez Loueez (60-75 min) starts at 2:15 PM
Transform into a stage-slaying powerhouse with Jeez Loueez! Learn the Honey Badger Technique to captivate your audience, break the fourth wall, and deliver an unforgettable performance. With theater exercises, improv games, and dynamic stage presence tips, you'll leave feeling unstoppable!
Wear: Comfortable, form-fitting workout or dance attire. Bring a notebook and pen.
