We have some exciting updates at Key City Theatre! Starting July 1, 2024, we’re adjusting our membership pricing to enhance your experience and continue bringing top-tier performances and events to our community.

Big Ticket Membership FAQs
How is Big Ticket Membership different from a subscription?
In a subscription, you must buy every ticket in a series. We do not offer a set subscription/series package.
At Key City Theatre, you can create your own package of our season's shows without restrictions. You may purchase as many as six tickets (Big Ticket) or 10 tickets (Big Ticket Plus) per show to as many shows as you would like. Why? It's flexible and it gives you first choice of the best seats in the house.
When does my membership expire?
The membership is valid for 12 months, starting July 1 and ending June 30.
Membership applies to all Big Ticket performances that fall within your membership year.
Does membership apply to all shows at Key City Theatre?
From time to time, concert promoters or organizations may rent the theatre and set their own ticket prices. These shows can be major concerts, dance recitals, community events, etc. These shows are usually not part of the Big Ticket program.
Big Ticket Memberships, unless stated otherwise, only apply to Big Ticket performances and not community partners or rental client performances.
What if I want to print tickets to give to a friend?
No problem! You can go to My Account and print the tickets you need, or call the box office.
I bought tickets for out of town family members and they’re going to be late to the concert. Do I have to wait in the lobby for them to show my card to the ticket taker?
Not at all, just go to the box office and ask them to print and hold the tickets for your family. You ask the ticket taker to just check in your seat(s) and go in to enjoy the performance from the beginning.
