SCENT-FREE FACILITY
We have a scent-free policy in place to ensure that all of our patrons and staff can enjoy our events in a comfortable and safe environment. This policy applies to all events held at our venue, and we kindly ask that all patrons and staff refrain from wearing scented products such as perfume, cologne, and scented lotions.
We understand that some individuals may have allergies, asthma, or other sensitivities to certain scents, and we want to ensure that everyone feels welcome and comfortable at our events. By complying with our scent-free policy, you can help us create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

REFUNDS
Sorry, No Refunds
As a general rule, Key City Theatre has a no refund policy for ticket purchases.
However, we understand that extenuating circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event as planned. If you are unable to attend an event due to illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a solution that works for both parties.
Please note that our no refund policy applies to all ticket purchases, including those made online, over the phone, or in person. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and look forward to welcoming you to our events in the future.

TICKET EXCHANGES
Tickets purchased for a Key City Theatre Host Event can be exchanged for a different a Key City Theatre Host Event presented in the same season. Requests for ticket exchanges will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the performance date of the tickets you are holding.
The difference in ticket price will be charged when upgrading your tickets to a more expensive night or seat.
Key City Theatre Host Events are those that are noted in advertising as Presented by Key City Theatre and includes the following events in these Series: Spotlight Series, Homegrown Events, Family Series, Discovery Series.
All other events are facility rentals and as such are not included. Ticket sales for rental events are final.
Exchanges are subject to availability and do not apply to missed performances.

NO SMOKING
We have a strict no smoking policy in place for the safety and comfort of our patrons and staff. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is not permitted inside Key City Theatre
We take this policy very seriously and ask that all patrons and staff comply with our no smoking policy. Violators may be asked to leave the premises and may be subject to legal action if necessary.
We understand that some individuals may need to smoke during the course of an event. In such cases, we ask that you step outside to smoke, and dispose of any cigarette butts and other smoking-related materials in the designated smoking area.

COVID-19
We understand that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic may impact your ability to attend our events as planned. As such, we have implemented a COVID-19 refund policy to ensure that our patrons can book with confidence.
If you are unable to attend an event due to illness or quarantine related to COVID-19, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure that you are able to attend the event at a later date, or receive a refund if necessary.
If an event is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will issue a full refund to all ticket holders. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to receive a refund or exchange their tickets for the new event date.
We take the safety and well-being of our patrons and staff very seriously, and will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our policies as needed to ensure that we are doing everything we can to protect our community. ANIMALS
With the exception of service animals and approved emotional support animals, animals are not allowed on the premises of Key City Theatre.
